Everyone of us, took 2 greens and 2 purple one.
So everyone took 4 of them- After 2 Hours without any change of our feeling, we took the same amount of them again.
After 4 hours, we still didn't felt anything of the "effects" which should come along within 2 hours.
All effects these caps brought to us, were a muscle twitching in the height of my stomache, and horrible run on the toilet! (diarrhea like never had before)
So if you have a strong constipation, you could take them, if you dont matter about a bad feeling in your stomache - and a desert in your mouth.
However, I know that LSA doesn't work for everyone.. but we already did some natural hawaian woodenrose seeds around 2 years ago. Had a good mood, just had to move all the time.
So better use the regular woodrose seeds, chew them for around 30 secs, and swallow them. ( Sure, they doesnt taste really well, but finally they did any effect )

SO for my opinion DONT drink alcochol if u take them.
And if u do...avoid to drive!!!”
