Der "Prince of Pot" gibt auf

Der kanadische Aktivist Marc Emery, auch bekannt als "Prince of Pot" wurde am 28. September in Polizeigewahrsam genommen und wartet jetzt auf Auslieferung an die USA, wo ihn eine fünf-jährige Freiheitsstrafe erwartet.

Er hat in den vergangenen zehn Jahren Millionen von Marihuanasamen auf der ganzen Welt via Internet verkauft. Während die kanadische Regierung sich dessen bewusst war und keine Probleme damit hatte (sie war froh über die eingehobenen Steuern auf sein Einkommen), war das DEA nicht so tolerant und hat beschlossen ihn zu verhaften und bat Kanada ihn auszuliefern.

Emery wurde im Sommer 2005 auf Geheiss der US-Regierung verhaftet, die ihn für den Verkauf von Samen an Amerikaner ausliefern wollen.

Anfang dieses Jahres machte Marc einen Deal mit der US-Regierung um zwei seiner Freunde und ehemalige Mitarbeiter vor dem Gefängnis zu bewahren.

Einige weitere Fakten, welche die Idiotie seiner Verhaftung und Auslieferung belegen:

Marc Emery ist kanadischer Staatsbürger, der nie in die USA reiste um Samen zu verkaufen.
Marc Emery betrieb sein Geschaäft ausschliesslich in Kanada, ohne amerikanische Niederlassungen oder Mitarbeiter.
Marc Emery gab seine Einkünfte aus dem Marihuanasamen-Verkauf bei seiner Steuererklärung an und zahlte über 580,000 Dollar an die Bundes- und Landesregierungen zwischen 1999 und 2005.
Marc Emery wurde nie in Kanada verhaftet oder verurteilt für Herstellung oder den Verkauf von Marihuana, da er nur Samen verkaufte.
Marc Emery verschenkte seine ganzen Gewinne aus dem Samen-Business an Drogenreformlobbyisten, politische Parteien, globale Proteste und Kundgebungen, Gerichtsverfahren, medizinische Marihuana Initiativen, Drogen-Reha-Kliniken und andere rechtlich legitime Aktivitäten oder Organisationen.

a good good man going down for all the wrong reasons... the DEA were wrong to extradite Howard Marks, and he actually dealt in thousands of tonnes of weed... but this man is a noble and charitable hero.

i think its our time for all ppl who smoke any kind of weed, or are in any way interested in civil rights to fight against the usa and their policy to make this world a police state, while they kill and degrade everything thats pure, they actually are protecting the bigcompanys, seed herbicide medicine companys, that loose money because of ppl like us who want to grow our own plants drugs or not, they want to destroy the normal dna and plant nature, to make one season crops so everybody is in their hands like slaves, working for them, buying for them, its just a process of inslavering us... mark emery is the prove...if they can make mark emery go into usa jail, they can come into europeen soil andgrab us, without any protection, they make europe dance to their tones... this is just red flag, if we dont get together organize and fight this now, its matter time before europe is just like usa, a police state, were companys choose the lider, were the lider as an agenda, to make enforce the companys laws into civil life, our rights and everything that life should be about, freedom, family, peace is going to be a shadow of the past, its sad thatppl only wake up when the cops bangin on their front door, if u dont care about mark, dont move or take action "mark", and all the marks of this world wont move a finger when u get arrested, oryourcivilrights are denied,or usa uses their police orarmy force to enforce their real laws and nature: a companys moved and enforced country, the sickthing is that your tax and mine are paying the hammer that smash us, since companys make laws but upay the enforcement and this is just fucked up, ppl should not pay tax, until the society made to serve our interests not the companys ones...

of the north american union, where you can be
arrested by the us, while living in canada, which
should be totally unlawful, but is not anymore.

... the US, canada and mexico will be one
"country" soon and this is just the beginning.
