Schaut euch das mal an, da sind wieder mal ein paar die dagegen tun...Wie du richtig sagst "Goatone" dann müssen die Kneipen fairer Weise auch dicht machen. Wieso denkt keine darüber nach die Coffeshops einfach unter der Woche erst ab von mir aus 16 uhr zu öffnen. Dann kommen die Schüler eh net in versuchung ...

I cannot put to mind how anyone gets these ideas. Ok, prolly shutting down shops near junior high would be a good idea, but then you would have to close cafeterias too, i mean they pose a bigger health risk then a coffeshop, since you have to be over 18 to enter one. And shut down tobacco stores as well, now THATS a health hazzard for you right there. Oh no, wait, thats it. Goverment cant grip MJ sales so they cant make a profit out of it. And since everyone can grow at home, shut down growshops as well! DAMN PEOPLE OF PARLEMENT dont be so f&*!@n ignorant and let people enjoy the herb of life. Sigh. I really am getting sick of this S*(@t.

Reading this just makes me die a little inside :'-( I mean come on what are they thinking?
Sure I understand drugtraffic is a horrible disease but there must be other ways to kill it.
What they are killing now are honest blowers who just want to get some good quality herbs without having the risks that are on the street like added substance to weed or just criminals who only want to rob you for your money.
This is NOT the way to kill drugtraffic what they are creating is a new enviroment for organised crime.
And whats that shit about closing growshops to... Those ppl who do grow weed don't sell it around they don't even form a hazard. Big illigal growers do and they will sell on the street now and there will be a market for it since the shops are closed.
The dutch goverment is really killing the free people this is going to backfire on them mark my words.

Now I understand closing them (or better relocating them) if they are close to schools. But as Jay allready said: close the alcohol and cigaret sellers as well then. More family's are ruined by alcoholism then ppl who blow. Cigs are bad for your health we all know that but we can still buy them withouth any problems what so ever. Weed just seems more dangerous cause it alters the mind when smoked. Well mr politician you come talk to me after you smoked a pack of cigs and drank a few beers see if your mind is still the same.

anyhow I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that this isn't going to happen roosendaal is my favourite place to go herbshopping awesome stores and friendly ppl what more do you want?

That's just my opinion. But I think, you can't just compare alcohol, cigarettes and weed like that. Imagine some who smokes 1 or 2 packs of cigarettes a day. If this person were to smoke 20-40 joints, what would, except being broke, happen?

I believe, we can all agree to this:
1. Tabacco is harmful to your body and to others (i.e. passive smoking)
2. Alcohol is harmful to your body and to others (i.e. accidents, increased aggression, ...)
3. Weed is, if smoked in public and doing daily business afterwards, harmful to you and to others (i.e. accidents).

Nonetheless, IMHO alcohol is much more dangerous than weed, especially to others, but less sanctioned by the government. But from a historical viewpoint, alcohol and tabacco are part of "our society": alcohol for more than 4000 years (first beer-like beverage was brewed by the Egyptians about 2500 B.C.!) and tabacco since the colonialization of North and South America by our ancestors - starting about 1492.

However, I better stop, before it's getting too debaucherous.

Have fun, stay safe, do what you want, but don't expose anyone to danger with your behaviour!

Anyway, no substance, that can potentially alter your state of mind, should be taken lightly. But I can guess, you're aware of that, ne? ^^#

I don't want to defend the lawmakers and their prohibition of drugs (well, maybe a little bit, since I'm studying law myself *G*), but lawmakers don't make laws deliberatly, even if it seems like this sometimes. Their first and foremost objective is and should be the protection of the citizens (every act has its intention), altough it's feels like being patronized from time to time. But I guess that's the price all of us have to pay to live in a safe/secure country.

oho your study laws, so i studied human history... The people smoked and took a lot of drugs ...just natural drugs, and natural drugs are not so dangerous as all the other bullshit (synthetisized drugs , alcohol..) For sure every drug changes you. For example Mary jane will slow your mind, but this is not a problem its a problem that our society needs to be soooo fucking fast. There is no time anymore and so we created new illness or calling some behaviour a sick behaviour. Nothing is sick, every thing is like it is ... but "They" wanna control mankind, seems like a rolling intention to exploit there earth.... The Slavery never stopped, it just changed and the masters getting clever ....

das zusammwachsen der EU ist ja nicht grundweg schlecht, aber in der hinsicht 'ne WIRKLICH beschissene sache. das der druck auf die niederlande zunimmt war kla, aber, auch wenn ein klares einsetzen für das abgabe system seitens der regierung inner heutigen zeit wohl zuviel erwartet ist, macht mich das thema, was ja schon seit längerem am laufen is, echt traurig.. ist einfach zum kotzen.. milliarden für strafverfolung. würde sich die westliche welt in dem maß mal für echte probleme einsetzten.. sowas kann einen nur wütend machen.
naja.. man kann nur das beste für die zukunft hoffen und die zeiten drüben noch solange so geniessn wie sie sind..

Die einfachste lösung wäre die legalisierung !! 1.man könnte den handel damit kontrollieren!! 2. der staat könnte steuern kassieren und diese sinnvoll einsetzen ! ( solange diese nicht zu hoch sind :-) ) 3. Der staat könnte sich viel geld das bei sinnlosen strafvervolgungen ausgegeben wird einsparen und sich um viel wichtigere dinge kümmern !!
